Sam Milner

Sam Milner along with her husband Dom are BBC Radio regulars and the founders of Recipe This, a club and community dedicated to using kitchen gadgets. Sam and Dom are huge fans of kitchen gadgets and only cook with them in their home.  They do not have an oven, hob or grill.   Their first two books The Complete Air Fryer Cookbook and Air Fryer Easy Everyday were Sunday Times bestsellers and together with their air fryer time and temp guide have sold over 250,000 copies. Their third book The Complete Multi Cooker Cookbook will be published in 2026.
