Kwoklyn Wan is a bestselling cookbook author, TV chef, presenter and a prominent voice within Chinese and East Asian cookery. Born into a family of pioneering restaurateurs, Kwoklyn grew up in the bustling kitchens of Leicester’s earliest Chinese restaurants and he’s shared his passion for real Chinese cooking on numerous TV shows including ITV’s This Morning, Channel 4’s Steph’s Packed Lunch and BBC One’s Inside Out.
