Sanjay Aggarwal is the co-founder of Spice Kitchen, an independent family business celebrated for its award-winning spice blends, thoughtful gifts, and iconic sari-wrapped tins. A member of the Guild of Food Writers, Sanjay is an established food writer and author of Spice Kitchen (Quadrille Books, 2023). 

Alongside his mum and co-founder, Shashi, he is famous for helping to make cooking with spices simple, fun, and accessible for everyone. What began as a retirement hobby for Shashi has grown into a global community of home cooks who share their love of flavour. Sanjay champions a no-fuss, joyful approach to cooking with spices - one that welcomes everyone to the table.
