Marcie Shaoul

Marcie Shaoul is a thought leader in co-parenting and high-trust partnership dynamics. She is the founder of The Co-Parent Way and author of The Co-Parenting Method: Six Steps to Raise Happy Kids After Separation and Divorce (Ebury, 2025). Since launching the UK’s first dedicated co-parenting practice in 2016, she has supported thousands of separating parents to communicate clearly, make steady long-term decisions, and create robust agreements that keep children at the centre.

Her work in high-stakes family systems inspired the High-Trust Teams Method, now used by organisations to help teams stay aligned inside tension. The method builds regulation, hidden-dynamics insight, strong boundaries, rapid rupture-repair, and system-protecting decision-making—so teams move faster, challenge safely, and hold trust under pressure.

Before this, Marcie led senior communications in the international civil service, advising NGOs and diplomats. She worked with Buckingham Palace on an international initiative for Queen Elizabeth II and alongside global figures including Desmond Tutu, Sonia Gandhi, and Terry Waite. A co-parent since 2009, she believes when adults work well together, families—and organisations—thrive.
