Anna avoids fad diets, instead championing fresh, additive-free ingredients and creating wholesome, from-scratch dishes that appeal to anyone who sits at her table—children, friends, and extended family alike.
Her first self-published cookbook, Anna’s Family Kitchen (Navigating Food, Faff and Family Life), released in 2022, became a bestseller and was warmly received by readers looking to make family mealtimes simpler and more manageable.
In 2023, Anna’s husband passed away after a courageous seven-year cancer journey. During the months that followed, Anna wasn’t sure if she would return to food writing but after a break, decided to start writing her second book.
In October 2025, Anna released her second book, Spinning Plates: Easy Dinners with Simple Substitutions for Busy Families, published by Octopus Publishing.
